Each chart is unique
Each chart in Realty Analytics is set up to address a different area of the opportunity. You can work with operating expenses, out sale data, acquisition data, returns, risks and more. All charts in Realty Analytics can be displayed in dollars, dollars per unit orin dollars per square foot. If your current analysis software doesn't give you this flexibility - you're using the wrong tools.

Bar charts can be dramatic - and informative
This bar chart shows the operating expenses, and the relationship between the line items. You can specify what year to show, and the chart instantly changes. These are the expenses that you entered when you set up the budget. Fixed expenses are displayed in green, variable in tan, property management in red, and utilities in cyan.

Pie charts can tell an entire story - quickly
There are two pie charts in Realty Analytics. One deals with acquisition costs, and the other with the distribution of proceeds at sale. All charts are linked with the model - which means that if you make an adjustment in the model - it is instantly reflected in the charts.

Charts only the years that you specify
There's no need to confuse things by charting 20 years - if you intend to hold the property for 6. Simply change the proposed year of resale and the charts and model will automatically make the appropriate adjustments.

Line charts also tell a story
Line charts in Realty Analytics also let you include or exclude data points. This chart can become a one or two line chart simply by excluding one or two of the data points. If your current analysis software doesn't provide this flexibility - you're using the wrong tools.

Columns don't HAVE to be boring
You can reformat any of the charts by using the familiar and easy-to-use Excel formatting menus. Change colors, fonts, 3-D effects and more. Combine this with the ability to include or exclude data sets and you have a powerful presentation tool at your fingertips.
