You access these chart tools by clicking on the Open Chart Tools button.  There is a chart for each mortgage.  Use the pull down menus to select what to include or exclude from the chart.  Like all charts in Realty Analytics 4.01, these are interactive.  If you are an advanced Excel user you can open the chart tools from the Excel ribbon and customize the chart appearance.  The data included in each chart menu is fixed.
