The Recoveries Totals area keeps you informed about the total fixed and variable expenses and the amount of each that is being recovered.

This control is in synchronization with other cells asking for this information.  If you change it here, the other cells in the model will also change.

This automatic calculation tells you as of that moment how many square feet of the total square feet are left unallocated, or still to be entered.  This error-trapping feature will also advise you if you go over the total square feet when entering the lease data.  The unallocated units works in the same way.

As in other areas of the model, you can adjust the year of sale here to see the effects of selling in a particular year.

This chart shows you at a glance what the total expenses are in a given year, and the breakout between fixed and variable.  It also shows you the amount of recoveries for both fixed and variable expenses.  You can view any specific year by using the slider bar.  You can also choose how you want to see the data.  You can specify total dollars, dollars per square foot, or dollars per unit.

This indicator tells you at a glance where you are in the lease entry process.  This is a helpful feature if you're analyzing a 150 unit multi family.  It can be easy to lose track.
