The charts in the Instant Analyst are interactive, which means that you can choose which data to include or exclude. You can also specify how you want to view the data. Use the drowdowns to make your selections. To modify the chart's appearance, unprotect the page from the Excel Ribbon, then right click on the chart and choose Change Chart Type. You can also use the chart tools in Excel by right clicking on the chart, then choosing Chart Tools from the Ribbon, then Format. You can make any color or type modification that you wish, but the data included for charting is fixed as are the menu selections for the items to include in the charts. If you want to exclude an item from the chart - simply scroll to the bottom of the list and choose the blank area. The data will not be visible, but unfortunately, Excel still holds a space for the blank or missing item in the header.
