The Observations and Assessments Window tells you at a glance whether or not the target property makes sense and is worth pursuing.  The observations are "driven" by variables that you enter about the property, and by the Global Drivers that govern the investment parameters.  You can change the Drivers or property variables, and the observations will change according to the inputs.
