The Realty Analytics Add-in and Com Files must be checked for the program to function property.  If you do not see the Realty Analytics Add-in and the COM file in these windows, the installation process was faulty.  In that case, you will need to reinstall the software.  You can access this setting by clicking on the Windows Icon in the uppermost left corner of the Ribbon.

 

 

Then choose the Excel Option button on the bottom of the window.

 

Then Choose Add-ins.  You will see this window.

 

 

When you select Add-ins, you will see this window.  Make certain that the Realty Analytics Add-in is checked.

 

 

The COM file Add-in also must be selected.  You access the COM file add-ins in the same way as outlined above.  If you do not see the Add-ins or COM file, please see: Troubleshooting
