Realty Analytics V 4.01 has an all inclusive amortization table that combines all mortgages in one table.  The interactive chart tools and ability to see the effects of making additional principal payments makes this a useful feature.  Take a few minutes to review the tables, then open the charts to see the graphic effects of changing some variables.
