The second page of the HUD-1 sheet list all of the settlement charges that were carried forward to the summary page. This particular section, section 700, deals with Real Estate Commissions.
 Real Estate Commission Percentage
Enter the total percentage of real estate sales commission (if any) here. The actual cash amount is calculated.

 Commission Payees and Splits
Enter the name, or names of the Brokers who will participate the in real estate commissions, and enter the percentage of the split to each. The model will perform all necessary calculations.

 Buyer Paid Commission
Occasionally, to make the deal fly - the buyer will agree to pick up some or all of the sellers real estate commission obligation. If that is the case, enter the percentage of real estate commission that the buyer will pay at closing. If none, enter 0. The model will perform all necessary calculations, including the capitalization and amortization of these costs.
