You can specify both the acquisition and the resale closing dates.
 Day of Closing - Acquisition
Specify the projected day of settlement by choosing from the drop down window. Your choices are 1 to 31, however, the model does not error-trap for incorrect entries in relationship to the month chosen. For example, if you enter 31 as the day, and choose Feb as the month - there will be an error. Make sure the number of days is appropriate for the month chosen.
The model will perform the appropriate prorations based on the day of the month that you choose.

 Month of Closing - Acquisition
