Using the Breakeven Tools
Using the break even tool is a fairly straight forward proposition. Let's look at some of the features.
 Breakeven Chart
This chart tells you at a glance exactly what the current break even point is - given the current income and expenses. This report is one reason the Realty Analytics breaks out the fixed and variable expenses.

 Current Income and Expenses
This section tells you about the current levels of income and expenses

 Modifying Income and Expenses
Use the up and down arrow buttons to increase or decrease an item to see the effect it would have on the break even point.

 Modified Results Chart
This chart represents the results of modifying the current income and expenses. These entries that you make will not affect the model in any way.

 Select Year to Analyze
You can change the year to analyze by either entering the new analysis year in the data cell, or by using the slider bar.

|
 Inclusions
Check this box to include the cost of financing when calculating the break even point.
