All chart titles in Realty Analytics are automatically applied based upon your choice of data to chart.  These controls are accessed through the chart control tools next to each chart.

 

 

Notice that the third item in the chart above is Cash-on-Cash Return.  This was selected by using he chart control tool as shown below.  You can include or exclued any item that you see in the list, but you cannot add or delete items from the list.  To omit a data point, scroll to the bottom of the list and choose a the blank space.

 

 

Later, when you are putting together the business plan, you'll have an opportunity to choose which (if any) charts that you want to include in the plan.  For more information on how to do this, see Adding Charts and Graphs
