This chart is comprised of one column set of data and two line sets.  You can customize the chart by changing or omitting the data sets.  If you are an experienced Excel user, you can also open the chart tools and modify the appearance of the charts.  The data that is represented here is imported from the leases data. If you have elected to only use the income estimator instead of entering lease data, this report will not function as it will have no data to process.
