Add Ins

Made sure that the Realty Analytics Add Ins appear here and are active. Also make sure that one of the Add ins is an Excel Add-in, and the other is a COM Add-in. If both do not appear, the model will not function correctly and you will have to reinstall the model.

Excel Add-in

Make sure that the Realty Analytics Add-in is present.

COM Add-in

Make sure that the COM Add-in is present. The COM Add-in contains much of the math that runs the model, and the model will not function without it.
