Property Description

Click on the Grey Down Button in Column 1 to Open the Selections Table. Check or Uncheck any of the items you wish to Include in the Property Description.

Next, Click on the Grey Down Button in Column 2.
This will open a blank text-entry cell.

You can enter in as much data as you like. The cell will Text-Wrap , but only after you Press Enter. The text in the Description will remain in-line with it's Topic.

Fields to Include

Click on the Grey Control Tab to open the window as shown above. Next, select the items that you want to include in the report. Then move to the right and enter the descriptive text for that item.

Description of Item

You can either open this window and begin to type, or simply place the cursor next to the item you want to describe and begin to type. Your entry can be as long as needed, and when you press "ENTER" the text will auto-wrap to the next available line, leaving the Description in-line with the text. To delete an item, simply open the window an un-check the item. You can also add an item to the list by going to the bottom of the page and making the appropriate entry in the first available cell.
