The Property Name is imported from the Set-Up page at the bottom of the Instant Analyst. To change the Property Name, go to the Instant Analyst page and make the change there. You can change the color, font style and size of the Name just as you would in any Excel document.

To change the Property Photograph, right click on the photo and select Change Picture. Then look in the Ribbon and select Picture, Tools, Format.
