Rent Roll

The Rent Roll is the summary report for all leases and includes Unit Number, Tenant Name, Lease Start and Expiration Dates, the Gross lease Area, the percentage of the building that this tenant occupies, the initial Lease Rate, the Recovery Ratio showing the ratio of Recovered Expenses to the Total Expense applicable to this tenant, deposits, renewal options, the type of lease and the gross rent amount for each year of ownership. Notice the Blue Option Box. If you click the box, the model will expand out to show all years of the Rent Roll.

GLA is Gross Lease Area, and is the actual square feet that this tenant occupies.

2 . % to Total% to Total

% to Total
The percentage to Total is the actual percentage of the building that each tenant occupies.

3 . Recovery RatioRecovery Ratio

Recovery Ratio
The Recovery Ratio is the percentage of expenses attributable to each tenant (based on % of occupancy) that is actually being recovered. For example, if a tenant shows a 1.0:1 ratio, all expenses that could possibly be recovered - are being recovered. In a .5:1 ratio, half of the total possible recoveries are being recovered.

Click the (+) to expand the rent roll to show all years (up to 20). Click the (-) to collapse the rent roll. If you have a large number of units, say 200, the rent roll will also collapse and expand vertically.
