The Rent Roll is the summary report for all leases and includes Unit Number, Tenant Name, Lease Start and Expiration Dates, the Gross lease Area, the percentage of the building that this tenant occupies, the initial Lease Rate, the Recovery Ratio showing the ratio of Recovered Expenses to the Total Expense applicable to this tenant, deposits, renewal options, the type of lease and the gross rent amount for each year of ownership.
