The Graphs section provides instant visual analysis of the target property's financial performance. Notice the "Year of Sale" box above the first blue bar. You can change the proposed Year of Sale and see the results graphically.
Graph Icons
Each Graph is represented by a Graph Icon. Simply click on the Icon to go to that Graph.
The Year of Sale Control will redraw the Graphs to reflect the numbers through the year of sale. Remember, changing this control will automatically recalculate the entir model. If you want to see the effects of sale in year eight for example, simply open the window and select that year. To change it back to the original Year of Sale, just reselect the appropriate year.
